In a move to support
self-managed care
clients, Caregivers Home Health Care Inc. has recently
introduced a number of payroll service packages.
Basic
Payroll Calculation
Our most cost effective offering, the Basic Payroll Calculation package
offers clients all the essentials of a payroll service; specifically,
CareGivers will calculate payroll amounts and determine
liabilities based on client supplied employment information.
With
this plan, the client is still responsible for administering their own
payroll; but they have CareGivers™ to help guide them through
all
of these responsibilities.
CarePayer
The CarePayer offering is essentially a complete outsourcing of the
payroll function. Clients are responsible for funding their
account, and supplying employment information (e.g. hours worked for
the period), and CareGivers will take it from there.
With
CarePayer, the client can leave virtually all of the administrative
work of paying their domestic staff to us.
CarePayer
Plus
CarePayer Plus combines all of the payroll service of the CarePayer
package, and adds many of our traditional home care service options.
In the CarePayer Plus option, we do a home care assessment
and
retain it on file. These assessments allow us to offer the
client
with home care services on short notice, for the occasional respite, or
where a usual domestic worker requires time off, for example.
In
addition, CarePayer Plus clients are entitled to receive a discount to
our regular rates for these services; and, for nominal fees intended
only to cover costs, they are also entitled to send their domestic
workers to any of our insession training offerings. With
CarePayer Plus, CareGivers becomes the clients' partner in
meeting all of their home care needs.
